Sheri Manthei walked up to Ralph Borror (A first person Abraham Lincoln) about 12 years ago and asked him "If I had the cloths, could I be your Mary Lincoln?". His reply to Sheri was "If you have the cloths, sure". That winter in Clark Lake, was a busy one for her. Sewing and researching the cloths Mary wore. The next spring she began portraying Mary Lincoln. A very intense period of research gave her the knowledge about this sometimes misunderstood wife of President Lincoln.

Sheri being and expert on clothing of this time period. Presents programs as Mrs. Lincoln and about clothing that she wore. Programs are also given about the family and life in the Executive Manson.

The Lincolns have done many appearances together over the years. Programs at fairs, schools, civil war events, presidents homes, private parties, and of course gun show like the ones her father Paul Manthei scheduled them into.
